 As we all are well aware a large majority of the sales in Michigan and the rest of the US are comprised of foreclosures and/or short sales. With the faltering economy gripping this country we can look on any street and see a multitude of for sale signs. Days gone by where certain areas you were hard pressed to see any. Every level of our society has been hit in one way or the other. With adjustable rates coming due and the impending loss of employment we see the situation here getting much worse. Many people are opting to let the home go for less (short sale) than what they owe and some are just walking away and/or losing the home entirely thru the foreclosure process.

 With Michigan being a manufacturing state for so many years we are being hit very hard because of the loss of jobs and people who have moved on to find a better way of life for themselves and their family. We’ve also been affected as a state because of the auto industry. The trickle down effect has intensified and there is no end in sight. With this comes great opportunity for others to cash in on.
